The Exchange's grading schedule is set by its Board of Directors.  The Exchange guarantees 95% or better cull accuracy - if the product is found to be mis-graded while in-house, we'll correct it for free.

The Exchange's tote tare is 8.5 pounds, and our groundfish shrink tare is 3%.  Our scales are checked regularly and are inspected and serviced by State of Maine certified technicians.
